  • I can’t get fixed wireless where I live, is satellite service an option for me?

    Satellite service is a great alternative if your home cannot connect to fibre or fixed wireless Internet services. Please give us a call and an DOT Communications Sales Representative at 833-368-2666 will be glad to help you.

  • Will my service be impacted if I exceed my monthly data quota?

    If you choose a fixed quota plan, we can pause your data if you reach your limit or you can choose to top up your data on a month to month basis or just continue and pay per additional GB until your next billing cycle when your data resets. You have choices! To avoid paying overages, we suggest you look into an unlimited plan with no overage fees.

  • Is there maintenance required for my Xplore router and modem?

    With Xplore, they update their hardware regularly and do not require customers to take any action. Customers’ personal devices, like phones and tablets, may require software updates to operate efficiently. Check your device or hardware settings frequently to ensure that you are up to date.

  • What can I expect during my Internet installation appointment?

    Our skilled technicians are able to fully install satellite or fixed wireless Internet in your home or office.
